Job Description
DSN is seeking a Senior UX/Interaction Designer to create effective, user-centered digital experiences. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to take digital solutions from research and concept through design and implementation.
Responsibilities
- • Lead end-to-end UX research and design activities.
- • Develop personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- • Translate customer needs and business goals into design solutions.
- • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- • Advocate for customer needs throughout product development.
- • Define features and contribute to product research.
- • Maintain high standards for design quality and usability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of UX experience, or 10+ years of experience without a degree.
- • Experience in interaction design, prototyping, and design tools.
- • Strong communication and presentation skills.
- • A portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.
- • Experience with battery/energy systems, electric vehicles, machinery, mapping, or 3D imaging is preferred.
