SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead creative direction and design development for interior projects. The position combines design leadership, client relationships, project coordination, and the delivery of high-quality interior environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design concepts and creative direction across projects.
• • Translate client objectives into compelling design strategies.
• • Develop concepts, renderings, material selections, and technical drawings.
• • Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback.
• • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• • Oversee project quality, schedules, budgets, and design delivery.
• • Mentor junior designers and support team development.
• • Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.

Requirements

• • Relevant interior design or related professional experience.
• • Strong design leadership and creative problem-solving skills.
• • Experience with interior design concepts, documentation, and project delivery.
• • Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and rendering tools.
• • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• • Relevant experience in workplace, hospitality, or other interior project types, depending on the specific opening.
